    What is the turning point?


    Many people try to lose weight to fit their favorite jeans or do their best.  But this is not an easy journey.  In fact, I said that all conversions are different.





    Just before the first lockdown was announced, I was experiencing an emotional breakdown after the bulimia nervosa trap.  This is why I want to spend time at home doing my own work.  I also challenge myself. If I can't change myself, I will always give up my fitness mission and remain satisfied with my appearance.





    This motivation helped me realize the need for time. I started to exercise and maintain a balanced diet, which is a basic home-cooked meal.





    Six months later, when the situation improved, I checked my weight and found that it had dropped from 96 kg to 70 kg.  I haven't looked back since.  I became more consistent and changed my overall lifestyle.

    Eating continues


    My breakfast: I keep it simple, a bowl of raw vegetables and three seasonal fruits in soaked dried fruits.






    My lunch: home cooking.  Usually 2 crepes with green vegetables and pigeon peas.  I also have tofu, but no sugar.  The cucumber salad fills the stomach before meals.







    My dinner: Only a glass of warm milk.







    Pre-exercise meal: 1 medium banana






    Diet after exercise: a handful of roasted peanuts.







    I am obsessed with (what you eat on cheating day):



    I can eat whatever I like.  I have tried fast food, or South Indian, North Indian or Chinese food.







    Low-calorie recipes I swear:



    Black Chanachart is a mixture of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. It is a good source of protein and has a great taste.  I eat this often.

    Training and fitness tips


    I made a training plan for my gym.  I do aerobics and weight training every other day.  I go to the gym 6 days a week, at least 2 hours a day.







    My fitness secret revealed: The two best things I added to my fitness journey are practicing Ayurveda and natural remedies and making them a part of my life.  I prefer raw food to cooked food.  This is a great help to my weight loss.

    How do you stay motivated?


    My greatest achievement is that it really changed my life and made me unhappy.  Set goals and hit them.  This is why I do this, and this is why I am proud of it.  In addition, my family is the biggest supporter in this regard, and they have always supported my weight loss path.





    How can I stay focused?





    As long as you give yourself the time, energy and love you deserve, you can learn a lot about yourself.  Focus on yourself.  Learn how to love yourself, respect yourself, and answer "who am I".  Because these are not what other people can do for us.  Self-love helps me a lot to stay focused.

    What is the most difficult part of being overweight?


    The most difficult part of being overweight is looking older than my actual age.  I always feel sick about it.  There are always small things, such as lack of choice and lack of confidence when buying clothes.





    What do you think you will be like in 10 years?





    I see myself maintaining the same weight and increasing muscle mass.  I have started to prepare and hope to be able to do this in the next few years.  But now I take fitness as my daily life.

    I started to drink more water every day.  I used to drink only about 1 liter, but now I drink up to 4-5 liters of water a day.




    He gave up refined foods, sugar and limited fast food in his diet, and instead added salad to his diet.

    In terms of mentality, losing a lot of weight is more difficult than simply traveling physically.  For a few days I faced power outages and emotional instability...
